How to show "Was this helpful?" votes
Ask visitors if an answer helped, and see which FAQs need work.
Step 1: Turn on votes
Go to Happy FAQs → Settings → General and turn on “Was this helpful?” votes.
Step 2: See it on your site
Under each answer, visitors see Was this helpful? Yes / No.
Step 3: Read the results
On Happy FAQs → FAQs, sort by Helpful to find the answers that need improving.
Frequently asked questions
Do you store IP addresses?
No. Repeat votes are blocked with a short-lived anonymous hash.
