Is Happy FAQs only for WooCommerce?
No. Happy FAQs is an all-in-one FAQ plugin. Use it on any WordPress site for site FAQs, help pages and a Help Center. When WooCommerce is active, you also get product FAQs, product Q&A, and shop, cart and checkout FAQs.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free covers unlimited site and product FAQs, 5 layouts, 21 patterns, the Help Center, the AI generator, page builders and Google FAQ schema. Pro adds product Q&A with voting, analytics, shop, cart and checkout FAQs, global and variation FAQs, imports, 4 more layouts and priority support.
Does it add Google FAQ schema?
Yes. Happy FAQs adds FAQPage structured data to every page and product that shows FAQs, and removes duplicate questions so the markup stays valid.
Do I need an OpenAI key for AI FAQs?
No, not on WordPress 7.0 or later. Happy FAQs uses the AI provider you connect once in Settings → Connectors. On older WordPress you can add your own OpenAI key.
Can I show FAQs in Elementor, Gutenberg or Divi?
Yes. Happy Prebuilt FAQs and Happy Custom FAQs are available as a Gutenberg block, an Elementor widget and a Divi 4 and Divi 5 module. A shortcode works everywhere else.
Do cart and checkout FAQs work with the WooCommerce blocks?
Yes. Cart and checkout FAQs show on both the classic pages and the WooCommerce Cart and Checkout blocks.
Will it slow my site down?
No. CSS and JavaScript load only on pages that show FAQs, and only for the layouts in use.
