How to fix an order that did not complete
Check these common causes when an order stays Processing.
Step 1: Check the plugin is enabled
Open the settings and make sure Enable is ticked.
Step 2: Check every restriction
An order completes only when all restrictions match. Remove restrictions one at a time to find the one that blocks it.
Step 3: Check payment
With Paid orders only on, unpaid orders always wait. If customers close the browser early, turn on Complete when paid.
Step 4: Check manual changes
If someone changed the order status by hand, that change always wins.
